An active LDS transgender woman who transitioned late in life. Thankful to finally learn what it truly means to be happy.

Valerie is a beautiful person.

There is so much hate and intolerance around the LGBTQ+ community, which is wrong and unfortunate. Valerie is one of the lucky ones, especially for transgender people, and she uses her energy in the most beautiful, amazing way possible. She uses her voice to be a beacon of diversity, hope, love, kindness, and change. And she does it with grace and patience.

She is also very open and willing to answer questions, so if you would like to ask more questions or cantact her, I would love for you to join the Scars We Share Facebook Group!

I know this is in the introduction to this episode, but remember to breathe. There is so much going on right now. So. Much. Remember to breathe. Breathe deep, slow, and big. You’re going to be fine and we will all get through this.
