"From the Ground Up" with Chris Cheney Kayleen Jean Johnson

Mental health is so important. Many people get focused on physical health and not so much on mental and emotional health. You need to make sure you’re focusing on all around health and wellness.

Even if you don’t have mental illness, you are going to have times when you struggle. You are going to have days when you’re mentally and emotionally exhausted and you need to take care of yourself and rejuvenate. So make sure you have a toolkit full of things that help you. A walk in nature, a bath, reading a book, writing in a journal.

Whatever brings you joy, make sure you do it regularly to help keep you in a good place. And when you’re needing a little extra to help get you back in a good place, carve out time to make that happen. Because you are worth it. You are enough. You are loved.
