What can I say? There is so much crap going on right now. So much. The only thing I can really say is to be kind. Please be kind. Be empathetic. You have no idea what other people are going through or experiencing. Listen. Be gentle. Be kind. And that includes yourself. Listen to yourself. Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. And love. Just love. Wholly and fully.
