035. Strongly Encouraged Voluntary Evacuation
I am all about allowing yourself feel the feels. Let yourself have a bad day. Struggle. Everyone is having a hard time in different ways. That’s okay. No matter how you’re struggling. It’s okay.
However, please try not to stay in that place. I in no way want to invalidate what you have going on—some people have it super rough right now. But I hope that you will take time to focus on the good things right now. It might be more difficult, but try to look at what you have to be grateful for.
Again, I don’t want to invalidate whatever you have going on, but gratitude majorly helps your mental and emotional health. Everyone needs to spend extra time on their mental and emotional health during this pandemic, and gratitude is a great way to do that.
