"She's 3. She's just 3." with Alina Worthen Kayleen Jean Johnson

Alina Worthen
Nanny and Mother

Being a mom is hard. Ask any mother. It’s totally worth it, but it’s hard. The current pandemic has made it even more difficult for some. For others, the pandemic has actually been a positive experience. Alina is one of those people. It’s allowed her to slow down and give attention to her kids.

Children are affected by all of this. Young kids pick up on things. They pick up on the feelings and emotions of the adults around them. They pick up on your thoughts and feelings. So it is extra important for you to exude calmness.

Yes things are stressful, different, and uncertain right now. But you can be the one to stop spreading it. You can be the one to spread calm, hope, and love. So make sure you’re taking care of yourself, mama. Go for a run. A drive. Meditate. Pray. Eat a piece of cake. Whatever will help you be full of hope, care, and love. Spread that.
